ABOUT THE CLASS:

This Playgroup is open to everyone. We will be guided to explore and release our own blocks to manifesting the abundance that we deserve! Participants will be guided through a simple relaxing tapping technique that they can easily incorporate into their daily care practice. We will learn what hypnosis is and how it can be used to eliminate what gets in our way from stepping into our magnificent selves! We will:

· Learn why decluttering our entire life, including our subconscious minds, will attract abundance

· Experience how hypnosis works in a safe environment

· Gain insight into the power of our minds, and

· Discover how to manifest our next steps with ease.
