Hanakia Ek-Way Zedek teaches how and why things work, or not, so as to put your hand on the scale and Gain Effect!
As humans we are taught to fear and avoid pain on any level and that whenever something happens to us, we must be healed from it. We are never really taught to completely understand the depth of what happens to us or the frailty of the mind, body, and spirit, and how to effectively negotiate it and derive power and understanding from it. On some level healing is avoidance based on fear and lack of understanding… until now.
Here we learn to:
· Lean into pain
· Learn and integrate lessons
· Heal from below the surface
· Take the good out of the seemingly bad
